Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide ACT
This Act has finally received Royal Accent, meaning that from the 6th April 2008, companies, organisations and for the first time, government bodies, whose gross corporate failures in Health & Safety lead to the deaths of individuals, will face prosecution for manslaughter and an unlimited fine.
